Associated Revenue

A prospect’s commitment in response to a solicitation. Fundraisers can associate revenue with an opportunity when the opportunity has a status of Accepted and the pledge, gift, grant, matching gift claim or planned gift has been booked in Davie.

Ask Ladders

Identifies the gift ask amounts that are provided on the response device; also known as ‘gift strings’. You can create ask ladders, a set of fixed or calculated ask amounts included on a response device that is based on a donor/prospect’s giving history. You can assign ask ladders to segments in a mailing to ensure each segment member receives the appropriate ask ladder on their mailing. You can also create an ask ladder override to apply a different ask ladder to members of a selection rather than the one specified for their mailing segment. You can create Ask Ladder Response Reports to track the performance of ask ladders.
