Constituents are marked inactive for the following reasons: relation only records such as children, spouses, parents, and employers that do not have any other connection to UNC; the constituent’s mail was returned by the Post Office as undeliverable and we have no other contact method for them currently ; or they have requested no further contact from the university for any reason.
We can activate inactive records when we obtain better contact information or they begin interacting directly with the university.
