WAIT – Before you request that query, make sure you check out our many reports available on the Constituent and Revenue menus in Davie! Here are a few that may easily pull what you need:
UNC Constituent Birthday Glimpse Report (on Constituent Menu) – easily produces a report of a school’s alumni and/or site’s donors who were born in a given month. Can select donors by a giving type/timeframe, and minimum giving amount. This report is for informational purposes only and should not be used to send communications.
UNC FY Comparison Report (on Revenue Menu) – set this report to a particular Fiscal year or specific Date to show Revenue dollar totals, Revenue donor counts, and Recognition donors counts to a Site, Designation, or PS department for the FY/Date selected compared to the previous 2 Fiscal years. Displays graphs with totals/counts on the first tab, then lists donor/gift details for each FY in separate tabs.
