There are Documentation screens scattered throughout Davie. Each one is designed to hold attachments, URLs and notes pertinent to that part of the system. There are Documentation tabs specific to Purposes, Gifts, Prospect Plans, Events, Constituents, etc.

Alert placed on contact information in Davie. An address is marked no contact when it is no longer valid. This does not necessarily mean the constituent has requested no contact.

The ability to keep a donor from being coded at a lower giving level of a recognition program.

Check this box when donor has specifically requested that he/she not be included in the recognition program. Checking this box prevents the donor from being coded for the entire program although they may have a qualifying gift.

The prospect has declined to meet with the fundraiser after a specific request has been made.

The storage categorization of data (from the constituent database) that is denormalized /or ‘flattened’ to make complex calculations quickly; data is accessible through a query function.
