An interaction is an activity that takes place with a constituent outside of a prospect plan. Interactions may be entered on any constituent. The list of interactions for a prospect includes completed and pending steps on plans as well as interactions added outside of plans. To view all historical activity with a constituent, including contact reports from Advise, select Interactions from the Explorer Bar on a constituent’s record.
